What’s up friends?!? I hope you’re surviving this weird time that is #CovidLife…
I’ve been fiddling with the idea of trying to merge my Instagram content somehow over here on the blog. I think the best way to combine these two very different platforms will be to do a “Round-Up” of my latest IG posts right here! This way, I can elaborate on some of the details I don’t include over on Instagram, and have a searchable style library!
Seasons come and seasons change…
Lately I’ve been trying to focus on moving my wardrobe to a more Capsule-like situation. If you’re unfamiliar with capsule wardrobes, the aim is to curate your closet so that you can make many outfits and combinations with minimal pieces! It’s like one big game of Mix and Match.
August is generally the time that I try to transition from Summer styles and start incorporating more Fall vibes. Living in Florida, we don’t get much sweater weather, but I still try and include lightweight cardigans and deeper richer tones when it comes to the colors.
Here is a look at some of my most recent Summer to Fall Transition outfits!
Brown Linen Shorts with Wide Brim Hat
Off White Denim with Earth Tones
Wide Leg Cropped Jeans with Cardigan
Give me all the earth tones…
One of my favorite ways to transition from Summer to Fall in my wardrobe is by incorporating deeper earth tones. I try to keep my closet on the more neutral side anyway, but Rusty Oranges and warm browns are some of my favorites! Mustard is also another one I love, even though it isn’t an earth tone, it transitions well between the seasons!
Let me know if you have any questions about any of the pieces I’ve shared! Also, be sure to follow along on Instagram to get more Affordable Living content!
